If you are seeking certification in customer service, our program can help you achieve that goal. By completing our training, you can earn the designation of Certified Customer Experience Professional (C.C.E.P), which signifies that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service.
Our certification program is open to all employees in an organization, regardless of their role, as everyone has a part to play in creating a positive customer experience. The certification is awarded upon successful completion of our online program called Maximizing the Customer Experience or one of our classroom-based training programs.
Our certification program is accredited by the Customer Service Institute of America, an organization that represents the International Council of Customer Service Organizations (ICCSO) in North America. As part of our program, we offer the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS) which is the world’s only truly international customer service standard.
To maintain certified status, candidates must uphold a high level of professionalism and performance. Our certification is valid for 24 months, after which candidates can recertify by completing our recertification process or providing evidence of attendance at other recognized customer service training programs or events.
Our recertification process consists of two components: a questionnaire related to the key topics covered in our training programs and a three-module course called Customer Experience Essentials. Upon successful completion, individuals will be recertified for another 24 months and listed in our official database as Certified Customer Experience Professionals in good standing.
